Meet DJ Hughie who lives and breathes music. Hughie’s journey, from vinyl to digital, and his commitment to his craft brings timeless musical memories. Hughie has a natural love of music, and his policy is to play the very best quality salsa & Latin music. When called upon to do so, he also plays the very best quality classic soul, new soul, RnB, gospel, funk, jazz, rare groove, jazz-funk, two-step chillers, ska, rocksteady, fusion, world music, reggae, zouk & lovers rock. It is rare for a DJ to have such an in-depth knowledge of so many genres of music. Hughie is an international DJ having DJ’d in Africa, The Caribbean, Asia, and Europe, as well as being a UK-wide DJ for many years now. Home to Hughie is London Town where he can be found DJing regularly at many clubs and venues. You can catch Hughie every THURSDAY NIGHT from 8pm (GMT) where he hosts the long-standing ‘LATIN SOUL EXPERIENCE’ radio show on ‘COLOURFUL.COM’ . On this show you will hear the very best mixture of quality salsa, Latin, soul, plus more. Hughie has been presenting this show weekly since May 2014.
